"I don't have enough good things to say about Shirah. In addition to traditional Pilates, she is extremely knowledgeable in Pre and Postnatal Pilates. I saw Shirah throughout my pregnancy which greatly eased any aches and pains at the time and helped my pelvic floor recover quickly. Following the birth of my son, I suffered from Diastasis Recti and Shirah was extremely patient and careful in making sure I was healing in the best way possible. She knows her clients--and knew that I needed to be told (ever so gently) to slow down. Shirah focuses on the long term best interests of her clients--not a quick fix. I am so sad she left NYC!!"
